The client is basing this off of the fact that her pond was not covered which is not our responsibility. I received a prompt response to my inquiry to pressure wash my deck. The quote for the cost was provided the same day and was very reasonable. The deck was cleaned the next day and by the end of the week, it was beautifully painted. My deck looks like it is brand new!! Such a professional and respectful company.
