They carried out the entire project in a very organized manner, and no one encountered any difficulties. From my initial phone chat with Karoline to delivering the movers' final piece of furniture, I experienced exceptional services. Everyone was respectful, considerate, and kind; each item of furniture was carefully packed and moved. In addition, the movers were cheerful and had a sense of fun while working, and I will undoubtedly suggest it to others.

Moving could be as simple as it is with Bluebell, but I can not comment on the other firms. Bluebell Relocation Services were punctual, did a good job, and were cordial and understanding when things broke or needed to be replaced. When I called four movers to ask them about residential relocation, they all seemed unwilling or perplexed by my questions. I made a five-day reservation for my services two days before the transfer, and the crew moved me in less than 24 hours, and they offered many options that catered to my wants and my price range.

BANG ON to this company!!! I called Bluebell moving services and they did an amazing job at our commercial move. We hired them for an hour because we had a really tight deadline, but they helped us out before and after hours. They were quick, careful and kept everything clean as well.Great guys and they totally understand what you're going through during this stressful time.

Moving to a new state can be an overwhelming process, even when the move is not too far and it's just one step. When I chose to relocate from New Jersey, I tried contacting the many different moving companies out there, most of them never responded back or they were far too expensive. Eventually, I found Bluebell relocation services and feel like they provided not only exceptional customer service but have quality movers as well. They were a massive help! They packed all my stuff and helped with the whole moving process. It was so nice to not have to worry about things for a day.

Moving from your house to a new rental can seem daunting, with so little time to organize and store everything. But they provided us with an awesome move and my daughter said it was the best move they had ever done. Its an amazing company and quite affordable and very easy to work with. The movers were nice, careful, and very helpful. I would definitely use them again.

I used Bluebells services to relocate me from a 3 Bhk apartment in San Francisco to a new home. The staff member who provided the service was so quick and careful with disassembly. I was impressed that every single piece of furniture and box was taken care of. All I had to do was take inventory and write down what went where. Bluebell was the best in terms of reviews, reputation, cost and various other things. What is more, they were quick and efficient. The move went smoothly, as did my move-in day

Though the mover was told that the elevator had been reserved from 9-12, the movers did not arrive until 1pm. After finally arriving, I was given papers to sign pointing out where, without being given the time to read what I was signing. One of the 3 movers tried to yank the L-shaped sleeper sofa apart. My daughter tried to stop him, explaining that one couch had to be lifted up as they were connected underneath with a hook. When the mover made it clear that he did not understand English, my daughter had to show with a lifting motion what to do. One mover was trying to take apart the queen-size birch bedframe, trying different sizes Allen-wrenches instead of taking a moment to find the correct size. By doing so, he stripped the special screw and then even tried to remove the screw by force using pliers. At that point when at least two screws were permanently damaged, the mover told me that the bedframe could not be taken apart, and there would be no guarantee that it would not get damaged in the move. This was shocking coming from a professional mover! Asking my daughter for help, she immediately found the right size Allen-wrench among the many sizes strewn on the floor, and finding a screw which was not damaged she was able to take apart the bedframe. Once at the house we were having the items moved to, some items ended up on the wrong floor as nothing was labeled, and had to be relocated again. We ended up being charged overtime, partially for this reason, and partially because the mover could not figure out how to take the bedframe apart, though we were told the movers were very familiar with Ikea furniture. Two of the furniture items were damaged, the BJÃ RKSNÃ S queen size birch bedframe purchased new for the apartment at $519.00 and the matching BJÃ RKSNÃ S 5-drawer dresser which cost $299.99 which has 2 dents on the top, the larger one 1-inch diameter. I contacted the mover about the damage to the furniture and the overtime charge but have not heard back.

Full five stars for their fantastic work! Bluebell Relocation Services people are very friendly and cooperative.The best part is that the drivers were also licensed and experienced in long driving.I was given their contact number so that I can track their location from time to time. For the first time, I felt it was done very comfortably.

Every piece of furniture was properly packed and the glass stuff was wrapped properly and kept in the vehicle very carefully.
