This was my first cleaning which I understood to be more extensive for a premium price. 1 pm appointment, she arrived after 2. I was told there would be two for the first cleaning, only one came and was here until almost 8 pm. Shower tile and sliding door frames poorly done for master shower. Millwork and fans were just dusted not wiped. Tile floors were not steamed only mopped with a Swiffer type mop. The top of the frig and kitchen sinks were not cleaned. The gal worked hard, did not take any breaks. It was just too much for one person on the first cleaning, two people were needed as was stated at the first meeting.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Micheal and Kayla showed up on time and went right to work. They had a hard job ahead of them since the large Lanai was used as a smoking room by the previous owner and had years of nicotine build up and 40 windows as well as rattan furniture to be cleaned. They did an awesome job of cleaning it up and now it is clean as a whistle. I highly recommend using this company for your cleaning needs. They were proffesional, friendly and hard working at a reasonable price.

Not bad but definitely did not leave me loving the job done. I would not necessarily go back but instead, shop around for a company that either cleaned better or sent more people. Especially if they are going to charge $50 per hour. Would not tell anyone not to use them but at the same time would not recommend it. Just ok.

"Ruth, we never cleaned your house! We only gave you an estimate for a deep clean on your house. But we also only send only one cleaner because we are not the type of company that crashes into your home with a large workforce and tries to get the job done in 30 minutes to an 1 hour with 2-4 cleaners. We try to make the customer feel at home and also allow them to use their home while we are inside. We like to also send the same one cleaner so you get to know your cleaner and she gets to know you. This is a very personal business, we are entering your home and not taking the time to treat you and home with some respect is not part of our business plan. Our goal from the start was to treat every client with the best care we can provide. Therefore the personal touch of one cleaner is our main goal and with that being said we also will send multiple cleaners out to a job if you request it. Your job had 3 cleaners coming at the same time in order to address the needs the first few visits and if and when you we got on a bi-weekly schedule we would only send one or two and that was up to you and all spelled out in the estimate. Again we have never cleaned your home and it sounds like who ever cleaned for you wasn't worth it. Feel free to have us come out and take another look and estimate if you desire to give us a try. All of our work is guaranteed! so had you used us we would come back and make it right."

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Arrived 1 and 1/2 hours late. Unable to complete job even half way in 4 hours. Lied about having cleaned Counters, no knowledge of proper cleaning techniques. Sorry, but a horrible experience. Banged walls with floor steamer. Borrowed my paper towel supplies..
