I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the EXCEPTIONAL service I received from Blue Frog Plumbing & A/C!! We returned home from our vacation, after hours on the Friday before July 4th (a long holiday weekend) to a 95 degree home. I called Blue Frog with fingers crossed, Jo Ann answered the phone, was very pleasant, professional & understanding. She said she would contact the tech and get back to me. She called me back and said he was on another call, but would arrive between 9p - 10p. about 9:55 she called again and said he ran into additional problems as they had 3 units, but would keep me updated. About 10:30 I received a text, the tech (Alex Gonzalez) was on his way! Alex arrived at 11p. put little booties on to cover his shoes, checked a few things in the house then had to run a diagnostics on the outside unit. He explained there was a charge for the diagnostics, but only if we didn't have them do the repairs. If they fixed it they only charged for the parts & labor for the repair, I was pleasantly surprised. He came back in, told and showed us pics of the problem(s). Within about 40 minutes he had cold air blowing in the house again. Then he went up in the attic to check the inside unit and reported the line was clogged and that could be a problem. I let my husband know and he said he could take care of that in the morning. Alex stayed to make sure the temperature was dropping before he left at 1a. I am so happy that I called Blue Frog Plumbing & A/C as I talked to a friend of mine a few days later that had called another company and was given an appt. 3 weeks out! Thank you to All the quality minded professionals that took care of our emergency A/C problem so quickly on a holiday weekend!!

Clinton Kaelie did a terrific job! There were two parts to our project: First, replace the sink and faucet in the kitchen, and second, replace the fixture in the shower behind the kitchen. The shower job involved pulling the dishwasher out and cutting the wall behind it. There were (as always) little things that had to be addressed, like water lines being replaced, a drain being cleaned, and the garbage disposal needing to be moved, but it was all done smoothly, methodically, and without fuss. I very much appreciate Clinton's courteous and professional manner; we asked many questions, both before and during the project, and he answered every one of them thoroughly and politely. Also, Clinton wore a mask while he was working, which I am grateful for; I didn't have to nag about it. I realize it was probably uncomfortable and a pain, but Clinton never mentioned it. When he was done he went through every aspect of the project and explained (again) exactly what he had done. Absolutely no surprises, no unforeseen bills, no extra charges. The kitchen was cleaned up and the dishwasher replaced without a problem. Both jobs look terrific! I am not enthusiastic about the cost of a licensed plumber, but I have to admit that the difference in quality is readily apparent. We paid for a professional job, and we got one. This is the second time we've had Blue Frog out to our home for a plumbing project; it won't be the last.

The toilet that was slow to filled was repaired, but a slow leak in the flapper was that should have been detected was not. I responded to a e-mail and from the company requesting a follow-up and haven't gotten a response, it's been over a week since I sent the request
