Water Heater - Repair or Service
Came to repair the following: Just before Christmas Three bathrooms 1) toilet leaking; 2) piping under sink leaking; 3) broken mount on the toilet and seal missing. None of it was fixed called December, January, and February but my number kept going to voice mail. I left numerous messages to return and fix. The man took just under a thousand dollars. I had asked for the previous plumber who fixed my water tank, but he quit a lady told me. I was a repeat customer who is very disappointed with the 2nd time around.

After a disaster a couple of days earlier, I called Bluefrog, what a great company, the young lady who answers the phone I believe her name is Kathy was wonderful, Tony arrived on time, he was very professional and very pleasant. I had plumbing fixtures replaced. Plan on having Tony back to do extra work and would highly recommend Bluefrog.

Excellent service! Jim was able to install a toilet, cast iron kitchen sink, faucet & garbage disposal the same day as he quoted the job. He did put about a 3 crack in the front of the countertop trying to get the old sink out but I think it s very old laminate that was here before we moved in 7 years ago. Therefore I don t blame him at all. Next on my home upgrade list-granite countertops! Jim was kind & professional & yes I ll call them again.

Called another company and the plumber they sent was either poorly trained or purposefully trying to rip me off. I sent him away and called Bluefrog. Very timely even though it was just before 5PM. Took care of my drain for a reasonable price, very courteous.

Cathy the receptionist was great. However, the plumber was not. Never came across a plumber who gives one estimate at the start of the job and wants more money (33% more) before the job is completed. If I don't give him more money then he would leave the job unfinished (leaking line to toilet). Reluctantly had to give more money because there was a party scheduled at home the next day.
