From start to finish, Blue Frog was exceptional to work with. Excellent customer service and communication. I appreciated the technician Ian Bertolini , because he actually listened to what we needed and was able to complete the job the very same day. Water Heater - Repair or Service

Let me tell you that Bluefrog completed a wonderful job. I needed a new hot water heater. Within minutes from when I called for a referral, they reached out and called me, scheduled to come out to provide a good estimated price and came out the same day. And within a couple of days, they installed the new water heater, and they did the whole job, in just one day; also at an affordable price. I find them very competent, professional and they were able to answer all of my questions. I definitely will add them to my portfolio of vendors, and call them on a yearly basis. Thank you so much!

Bluefrog was so great to work with! I had to get a toilet moved for a house project and after reaching out to them on Thumbtack for a project bid, they called me just a few minutes after to chat. They got multiple appointments scheduled quickly (exactly when I needed). My plumber, Ian, was really nice, taking time to explain the ins and outs of the work while he was here. He even reconnected the water line to my fridge after it was left disconnected post-house project by another company’s contractors. Price-wise, the cost was a fraction lower than other bids I received on Thumbtack, but the customer service is what sets Bluefrog apart. I highly recommend them!

If you need a plumber, look no further — you’ve found the right team. I had fumes coming from under my bathroom sink and couldn’t figure out why. Eric and Daniel identified the issue quickly and fixed it. The crew was professional, honest, and friendly. They’re now my go-to plumbers.
