I had employed this service for about 10 years without encountering problems at all. They were courteous and consistent in providing service. My lawn care requires about 15 minutes to complete. It is a small yard. No challenges at all. Also, I always paid my bill promptly. However, this season, the service has been unreliable as they are inconsistent with my lawn care, skipping some weeks. I have had to prompt them to get them to show up. I cancelled my service 6-13-26 because my yard was overgrown and unsightly some weeks. It is a mess now and they had 5 sunny days this past week but didn’t show up to mow. My new lawn service will begin Monday, 16 June. The company offered no reason for the spotty service this season. I was a loyal customer for 10 years.

I hired them to mow my yard and give an estimate on prepping and mulching plant beds. I told them the grass was pretty tall since it is slate spring. They came a day late and I was home. I watched their crew spend about 20 total minutes on the yard, left piles of clippings and sections of the yard not cut. Pile of clippings in the gutter, skips in weed eating. I called their number and sent pics. He said they would come out and go over again but would charge me extra! No thanks, hire someone dependable who takes pride in their work. These people do not.

Excellent work, Ben kept me in the loop about the job and what he was doing. The job was completed in a timely manner and I am very pleased.

The owner came out to our home promptly to provide a quote after we inquired on Home Advisor. Very easy to work with and affordable. Highly recommended!

We ordered some topsoil to fill in our yard, and when they brought it out we ended up taking their entire load and they had to go back and get more for their next job. They also hauled off a heavy chunk of concrete we had laying in the street at no extra charge. We were very pleased with our experience and will keep them in mind if we need another landscape job.

Did a great job on removing the leaves from our yard. We will use them again next fall.

Not only was the company able to do the lawn care but they also removed the leaves from the gutters. Very efficient service. I'm a repeat customer and will use them in the future.

Ben and his team work very efficiently, and removed all the debris from have two trees and four bushes removed. Also trimmed trees and bushes. I highly recommend Bluegrass Dreamscapes. I used them before, and I will use them again.
