Excellent service and an awesome job!
Very honest and dependable. Work was done in a timely manor. Will use them again and recommend them.
They were very punctual and on time. Explained and answered my questions. They did an excellent job.
On 9-25-20 I hired Bluegrass Rooter and Plumbing, to repair 2 dripping bathroom faucets and 1 kitchen faucet, for a total of $454.97. The kitchen faucet would not turn off. After looking at the K faucet it was determined I needed a new one. The old Delta faucet had a lifetime warranty, but due to the severity of the issue, I could not wait for parts to come in. Ron showed me several online and I picked one out. The cost of the faucet was $119. I approved the purchase and Ron went to pick it up. The service was completed on 9-25-20. They did not leave the receipt for the faucet for warranty purposes but left a bill that stated their service had a 1 yr. warranty. The faucet started leaking 2 months in and you had to keep wiggling the handle to make it turn off. After researching the product it appears this is a faulty faucet as 166 people reviewed the Delta faucet and are having the exact issues. I spoke to mgr at Home Depot and she read reviews. She said that she would replace it with a receipt. I made an appt for Bluegrass Plumbing for 9 am Sat morning. I got up early waiting for them to arrive. I waited 2 hours and no one came or called. At 11:22 I received a voice mail from them stating they missed the appointment and were tied up. I called them back. Ron stated he would come and look at the issue but if I wanted the lifetime warranty from Delta I would have to order the parts. I told him that it had only been a little over 90 days since he installed it, but he kept insisting that the problem might be in my waterline and he would come and look at it. I explained according to reviews this is a common problem. I told him that I did not want the same faucet and that it needed to be replaced. He then said he was not going to buy me a new faucet. I told him that Home Depot said they would replace it with a receipt. He still kept insisting that he was not replacing and paying for. He said I needed to take the receipt he gave me and replace it if I wanted another one. He did not give me the box or receipt and I told him this. I asked for a receipt and he said he could not give it to me because he had to keep for 7 years. I said a copy would be fine. He would not listen to me and told me I was getting defensive. I told him had lost confidence in delta and did not want another, after reading the reviews, but needed the receipt to exchange. I told him his invoice also stated a 1-year warranty after he told me it was normally 90 days. He said the faucet was his since he replaced it and it only had 90 days. I told him I paid for it in the bill and paid him to install it. He would not listen to me and then he hung up on me. I have lost confidence in this business and I do not want him back here after the way he talked to me. I used him based on the reviews and expected him to stand behind his work but he is unreasonable and will not listen. He kept insisting that I wanted him to buy a new faucet for $248, at his expense and install it for free. I kept telling him no, and that the store said they would exchange for the same price of $119, due to the bad reviews, but he would not listen. It is sad when a store will go above and beyond for you, but a company will not. I can not believe that Ron acted this way and would not let me get a word in. Guess I will attempt to find the records for the purchase with Home Depot and get a copy and hire another plumber to fix my faucet that will not turn off. Very unhappy!!!
Arrived as scheduled, fixed issue promptly, and fair price.
Too expensive. 250 and they were not here 30 minutes.
Very nice and professional
Great guys, worked really hard and unclogged the pipes.
They even mopped up mud that got tracked into the house.
