very pleasant and if needed in future repairs of furnace boiler i would definitely call them direct. i have already recommended them to my neighbor who will in future need someone.

Alex was very easy to talk to and very friendly. If there was a delay he always called. Both workers did good work. Alex explained what we have to do to maintain the steam furnace.

Techs showed up when they said they would. Nothing was left out of place at the conclusion of a terrific job. Glad we hired Blueray to do such a critical need. Thanks guys. I recommend them highly.

Wow..horrible experiences with this company. They left behind two huge holes on my wall and promised to come back to fix them. They never showed up despite repeated calls. I would never want such company anywhere near my town. I don't recommend them to any home owners.

i look the parts up online they came out to be less then 180.00 im sure they get a discount on that price and they charged me 650.00 for the job which only took 45 minutes and they also had a coupon on line and i ask if it was alright to use it and they said i had to tell them about the coupon before hand which it does not stat on there website. but they did get the job done quick on monday.

Friendly and professional. Matt contacted me immediately after I received his contact information. He went to the project site the next day, and stayed until late since there were unexpected heater equipment issues beyond his control. He tried to keep the cost down, but needed to replace a part he wouldn't have to, but it was too old and really needed to be replaced. He had to come back the next day, and again didn't leave until he finished what he set out to complete. I checked the job site afterward and it was clean. The heating system was working well. except for the old expansion tank being left behind which I'll dispose, I'm content with his work. Thanks Matt
