Jose responded to my request for help with computer issues right away. He was very prompt on the time that he said he would come to pick up my computer and he diligently tried to fix it but unfortunately my computer was old and needed to be replaced. He delivered it back to me on the time that he said and he did not charge me. Heâ s very professional and I would definitely hire him again. And I will certainly recommend him to all my friends.

My internet connection is at one end of our house and we have never been able to have strong reliable wifi at the other end of the house despite many years of trying different systems. The company did a superb job. They delivered with utmost quality and raised issues when they appeared. They did not leave until the work was finished even though it was 8pm on Thursday. Jose is a professional that arrives on time or communicates if running late. He assessed the issues for my network and then fixed the cables. He also replaced the security camera system that was originally installed. There were some unforeseen obstacles but Jose and his team found a solution.

Unfortunately they couldn t help me with my problem but it wasn t their fault, it was Xfinity s fault. Jose was extremely friendly and committed. Same day service after calling with no time in advance. They finished some work and he immediately came to my apartment to help out; thank you!
