except for a couples little errors it was good

The original quote for all registers, return ducts, dryer vent and sanitation was $299.00. When he arrived I found out The 2 plenums would cost $250.00 more. When the job was done I was told there was a 14% processing fee. I think these costs should have been told to me when I inquired about the costs of the project on the phone. The total cost was $570.00 and I never received my e-mail receipt. Next time I will do more homework and make sure I get costs on all phases of the project in detail before I decide. I will say Jose was very; nice to work with.

Very unprofessional, lazy, he does not complete the job you ask of him even after I told him I did not like it. He did not try to make the customer happy and refused to do the job customer asked of him. Arguments with the customer and makes customer feel unsafe. After doing the job, it looks exactly like it did before hiring him. Threatened the customer about payment.

My only complaint was that he quoted $299 then told me it would be $100 more more a duct that was close to the furnace. I did share with him that he should have included this in the quote. His cleaning was good though.

Great guy and all but he didnt do 3 vents in my downstairs and didn't bother to say why,he also didn't do the dryer vent he ended up going on the roof to see if it was working properly ,and then charged me 125. to drill 3 holes in the duct work in my basement since it wasn't finished ,which is ok, I just expected a more thorough cleaning with the dryer vent and the 3 ducts in the basement...

He took time to explain the process before starting. The work area was cleaned afterwards. The company also cleans carpets. Great service.

Terrible service. The tech was late and didnt have the proper equipment so he went to his office and returned two hours later. My sofa looks just as dirty as it did before. I could have bought a $40 steamer and done the same thing.
