Bluesway Pest Control is a family owned business located in Westchester, N.Y. We have been at our present location for over twenty years. Our president and founder, Hugh D'Andrade, has over twenty-four years of hands-on experience servicing accounts, supervising / training service technicians and running company business. We are committed to a high standard of professionalism in all that we do and try to establish a firm relationship of confidence with each of our customers. Our objectives are to be honest, fair and to satisfy our customer's needs and expectations. Every customers pest problem is treated as if they were our own. Members of our office staff are courteous professionals qualified to handle your questions and problems quickly and efficiently. We have all the necessary personnel, equipment and materials to successfully fulfill an effective pest program. All of our accounts are serviced by Department of Environmental Conservation certified pest control technicians.

Peter is very professional, very knowledgeable and thorough. He arrived on time for all meetings, communicated accurately what he planned to do and its cost and then took the steps needed to solve our termite problem quickly and efficiently. I would recommend him highly without reservation.

Responded to our calls quickly, answered our questions and solved our problems. We thought we had termite problems in our front porch,Bluesway came by and concluded it as mostly water damage with some ants. They sprayed around our house for a very reasonable price and recommended having a few boards replaced.

I had a general insect extermination done as a precautionary measure. It's too soon to tell whether or not it's effective, but I don't anticipate any problems. Unfortunately, there are no guarantees or warranties with this service, especially after the first 3 weeks.

They did the job of getting rid of the crickets but I thought the guy that did the job was a little messy. He scattered bate all over the basement floor (not in by the walls only) so I had to sweep it aside to make sure I didn't walk on it and carry it upstairs where I have a crawling baby and dog..

THey seemed thorough. I appreciated them giveing me a few options and not pushing the most expensive. They spent a long time getting the job done. With termites it is hard to tell if they are gone for good. Blueway guaranteed it for a year, and then has a small annual fee for extended contract. They were professional and did exactly what they said they would do.
