Dustin and his team were very easy to work with. Very polite and amazing on follow up. I had contacted several drywall repair companies and no one would show up to do the job. Dustin and his team were there when they said they would be and were very respectful of my time and my home. They worked with me and my schedule. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend them to anyone!

We are getting a run around, they took half of our money and they haven't even started, We just want out money back.

I called the appraiser... came out and gave a price for the work to be done they insisted I pay half upfront (which I did). Then, several days later, a young man came to my house to examine the job. Stated he would call me and start next week. It has been a full week with no calls. I called the office and the lady stated she would try to get a hold of him and still no response.

Our experience with APCON was quite disappointing. During the initial onsite visit, I specifically asked if there was a way to make sure our walls would be plumb. We were reassured that it was possible. And when the contractors arrived, we showed them where the walls needed to be plumb. They nodded their heads and started work. After the work was done, and we realized the walls were not plumb, we were told that it was not their responsibility. We would have been perfectly fine doing this ourselves if they would have told us. We also found Fred to be quite disrespectful. Upon his first visit to our house, he said the room was not ready for drywall and just left. Did not give an opportunity to discuss or problem solve with us. Just walked out. And when work did start, he would call to let us know that crews were on the way, and for whatever reason, they wont show for another 2-3 hours. They pushed back our renovation by 3 days. Connie, at the main desk, deserves all the stars. She is wonderful to talk to and is very kind.

The initial customer service was fantastic. Connie and Matthew were pleasant and responsive. Apcon subcontracted our job to one individual. That individual subcontracted the work to another crew. The bathroom repairs were supposed to take 3 days. The crew arrived very late in the day which pushed work till the next day. The communication was messy between the original contractor, owner of the new contractor, and crew. We contacted Connie to share our concerns. Connie was sympathetic and apologetic, but she did not contact us back with a solution. We had to clean up the area and put off toilet back in place (they initially removed it). Bottom line, it took 5 days (with no showers for the family since primary bathroom) and no one followed up with our satisfaction on the finished project. I am sure Apcon is a great company, but they need to evaluate who they subcontract their jobs. It is their reputation on the line.

Charged me for a lot of things not done. Said I signed the contract, so, I had to pay, then, charged my credit card without my permission.

Professional services. Very respectful of the location and flexible on the work.

A lot of money for not a lot of work/materials. They listed high amounts of materials and labor and did not use a fraction of it. I paid far too much.

First rate job all around. Everything completed on time and top quality work.

I contacted many plumbers who wouldnâ t even give me a ballpark figure for a pretty standard service. Blujay did, and the professional, Patrick, even allowed me to schedule a particular time (everyone else talked in four-hour blocks). Patrick was superb, the rate was reasonable, and they will be my go-to plumbers going forward.

Blujay was willing to take my project on short notice and they were prompt to arrive on time the day of the work. In addition, some of my requirements changed and they willing modified the agreed on contract to meet them while keeping my costs down. The work was done in a quick, polished manner and I could not be happier with how it turned out. I would definitely use them again.

Patrick was professional and friendly. Bottom line he fix my problem. Would hire Bluejay again.

Patrick and his help were very professional,friendly,job well done and price reasonable. They arrived on time and cleaned up after they were done. I recommend Blujay to anyone that needs a good handyman. I plan to have Blujay come back and do my back deck stair rail. The front stair rail is really great, I am very pleased with their work.
