I m a first time home buyer so the odds and ends of buying a home are like a new language to me. Bo was very helpful and friendly explaining everything to me. He was also very patient as I followed him around asking questions. Will be using Bo and his team in the future. Would recommend.

Very accurate and loves his job. I learned a lot about my home.

Appreciated the quick response. Fast turn around time for the paperwork. He was sincere and nice and explained everything well.

True professional. Great follow-up. Would hire again.

As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about what I was getting myself into, especially since I was purchasing a foreclosure. Bo was everything I could ask for. Customer service was excellent. He called immediately after I requested a quote. He was so so kind and came out to the house in Spartanburg within 24 hours of the phone call. When I met him at the house, he was patient with me as I followed him around the house asking a million questions. He explained everything I had questions about and was honest about the potential problems I could have with this particular property. He showed me everything I needed to be aware of, explained how to fix it, and who to call. Bo was super thorough checking every single plank of wood on the porch, every crack in the bricks or walls, and every inch of the attic and crawl space. After being given a quote of $450 for a 1,500 square foot home from a different home inspector recommended by my realtor, I was relieved when Bo gave me a quote that was fair and honest. Needless to say, hiring Bo was the best decision I made. He gave me peace of mind, was so so kind, and is wonderful at his job. I received the report within 36 hours of completion of the inspection. Couldn t be happier! Hire Bo!!!

A very pleasant and helpful person to work with.

Prompt, personable, thorough

Bo did an excellent job explaining all the things I wanted to know about the house. After his inspection of the house and getting the report my wife and I were able to make a wiser and more knowledgeable decision.

Bo was more than I expected in many ways. He was professional and dealt with me very personally and thoroughly pointed out all defects. He listed not only the cons but pros of different areas of the house and gave me time estimates of when to expect to replace certain fixtures in the house. He was timely, courteous, and diligent in his work. I'm so glad I used Home Advisors that way I was able to link up with Bo. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection done.
