Pablo was our first and only choice to rehire when a leak in our garage was discovered. The problem "appeared to be" a post on our deck above the garage. However, extreme damage was found once the project was underway. Many changes needed to be made several times to the original plan. Pablo hadn't had experience in a couple of the newly needed steps in the overall repair, but was quick to both educate himself & call fellow contractors for opinion and help in solving the complex damage. The entire header beam across the width of the garage had to be removed and repaired before the post on the deck could be replaced & our new vinyl flooring installed, which was an enormous task. Pablo and crew did an amazing job completing the many hours of labor intense work, which entailed lifting the sides of the garage walls! The project took weeks longer than expected, but Pablo remained intentional, patient and professional. We couldn't be happier with our overall outcome and DO recommend Pablo!

Pablo and his crew (most with no experience) do not know how to install a roof on a manufactured home. It took them 3 tries. I thought it was okay but it's leaking again. Do not hire them.

Pablo replaced the baseboards in my home and replaced some damaged drywall. He was able to find the exact baseboard that was previously installed to match the other molding in my home. The work came out perfect and we will use Pablo and Board & Beam again for other projects. Highly recommended!!

Pablo made himself available to make a Hardy board siding repair for us. He was precise, knowledgeable, hard working, and finished this project as though the damage (from a windstorm) hadn't been there. Painted, installed the new pieces perfectly. We are SO happy to have this job completed. Pablo's work was excellent, and we would highly recommend him!
