Bob & Margy Parker Citrus Clean, for over 25 years makes us no spring chicken but my experience says our method is great for you, your home and it keeps everyone healthier too. We use independently certified all natural "green" detergents made from soy, wheat germ, apricot kernel oil, and extracts from the peals of oranges, Our "steamer" competitors use detergents made from petroleum extracts. The water we use is our own that is PH and mineral content controlled. We pre-treat, spot, machine scrub, and then steam rinse, as a result you have much less detergent residue in the carpet. What residue is left is independently certified to biodegrade in less than 30 days. Competitors remaining petroleum based residues are why carpets get dirty faster after cleaning. "The rug was a wool oriental a fiber that is easily color altered if cleaned incorrectly. We picked up the rug, cleaned & returned the carpet in 3 work days. The customer signed satisfied, and confirmed satisfaction 24 hours later. 40 days later they write this comment. Mrs Gross admitted she attempted to take stains out with strong cleaners including bleach! She told us she knew before pickup that many stains were permanent. Apparently Mr did not ask Mrs for details of the understanding. We offer a 100% guarantee. No dis-satisfaction call is impossible to respond to. We will offer satisfaction again if they are willing to accept it. ."
"Pet odor is a problem and can be resolved sometimes needing more then one visit. Re-service "never" costs and that is explained to all customers. One other thing customers are requested to do is to return our phone message. Customers can return a phone message, send a text, or send an email. All are available to get our attention. We are complimented regularly by the amazing fact that we are rarely late and if we are we phone to report our tardiness. Also IF a customer is unhappy we return. It is what we do. In this case we have now left two phone messages and sent an email. When we finally make contact we will resolve the problem."
"(1) We offer three methods, one wet and two dry. This customer choose the least expensive wet method that usually drys in 4-8 hrs. This was a very dirty, blackened very white carpet. (2) We receive calls 24/7 & return messages promptly. When we leave a home we say: �.�We will call you in a few days to be assured you are still happy. IF we miss you or IF you are unhappy for ANY reason, please feel free to phone us. We make mistakes. We will return! .,,,thank you and have a blessed day.� (3) We called on a Tuesday morning after a Friday afternoon service This customer said; ��It finally dried Monday but our carpet is now white again...""
"Upon completing this job the customer paid us and signed that he was happy with the work. He has NOT returned phone calls made before this review was made. This prospect asked us to strip and re-seal a tile floor and grout but the customer totally failed to informed us that the tile had been re-finished with a polyurethane made for porous concrete.. This seal was NOT made to finish a baked ceramic tile. In-other-words instead of floor refinishing specified we were paint stripping. We did NOT ask for an increase in the original quote, not even to cover the second trip with more equipment. We finished the job at the original price."
