Bob does good work when he shows up. However, he clearly overbooks projects and flits from one to the other, doing an hour or so here and there and extending the time of the project to weeks and months. He has a million excuses for why he cannot come and finish things. He provides a contract, but then willfully violates it both in terms of requesting more money put down in advance than stated and blowing past completion dates by weeks or months. We have given him checks and cash every time he has asked and now have actually paid for the projects in full without any work being done on them (kitchen) or with half of the work being done and now being in limbo (stairs). The only project he has actually completed was a front deck replacement. We hired him because of his good reviews and it is sad we have to give him a bad review, but repeated attempts to get him to finish things have fallen on deaf ears -- in fact, his recent promise to come was met by a no show and then no response when text messages were sent.

Vey nice gentleman, very good communication at first. Gave an initial price and asked for a deposit. Then he took a look at the job and more than doubled the price. I said no and he promised to refund my deposit then, But it has not come through after 2 weeks.

Dependable and quick response.

Rob is such a nice guy to work with. He listens to what you want and gives his honest opinion. No job too big or too small. He has great attention to detail, and it is shown in his work. I would not want anyone else to work on my home!!!

Bob showed up when he said he would. Confirmed both the trip out to give me an estimate and the day/time of repair. He quickly repaired the issue and was less expensive than he expected to be.

I have used this business on several occasions and have found Bob to be very knowledgeable and conscientious about his work. I found Bob to be professional in listening to your wants and needs and excels at the finished project. I would highly recommend this business.

Rob has a very versatile skill set and delivers quality work. I own several apartment buildings and he has completed multiple top to bottom renovation projects from kitchens to bathrooms and everything in between. Replacement windows, vinyl flooring, light electrical, plumbing, tile work, installing kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, fixtures, bathroom vanities, toilets, window blinds, painting etc.
