Norman answered my phone call and gave me a reasonable quote for installing a new bathroom faucet. He showed up promptly at the appointment and got to work immediately. At first, my new faucet didnâ t work after installed. But Norman was patient and figured out a missing part which didnâ t come with the new faucet. He even volunteered to buy the part at Home Depot across town because itâ s cheaper to get it there than from my local hardware store. I highly recommend this company, you wonâ t regret it!
