Bob Karius Sealcoating

Bob came and seal my Driveway and used an applicator sprayer to apply the sealer. When he was done the driveway had Spots throughout the driveway from not applying enough seal. Called him several times to come back and make it right but he never came back. SAVE YOUR MONEY get someone else that hand brushes seal coating. THE DRIVEWAY LOOKS AWFUL.

I have a little bit older driveway which they did a great job with. They worked hard , very competitive price

Bob and his team sealed our driveway this afternoon, in Delmar, and we are BEYOND THRILLED with the result - their work ethic, quality, communication, and price simply cannot be beat. We have a rather large driveway (> 4,000 sq feet), and Bobâ s team spent several hours prepping it (cleaning, edging, etc.) and then even more time applying Gator Pave crack filler to the various alligator and other cracks that have become eye sores. They then left for a few hours to allow the Gator Pave to dry before returning to apply the sealcoating - all by hand. They were generous with their application of the product, so we should get a few years out of it before having to get it resealed, and they were careful not to get any sealcoating on the grass or pavers, which I appreciate. I recommend Bob Karius and team without any reservation, and will certainly be calling him the next time I need my driveway sealed.

Very professional and quick. Great communication. Sealed the driveway, including removing a few oil stains and filling some rather large cracks, on the same day he came to provide a quote. He even came back hours later, after I got home, to ensure we were happy with his work. We will definitely be using him again when the time comes.

Quick service, very neat work.

I have owned several homes over the years and had driveways sealed many times. I have to say that Bob Karius did a better job than I have ever had done before. He is not the least expensive - as has been said *you get what you pay for*. Bob pre-treated oil stains and pre-filled cracks. No company I had used in the past ever did that. On a 1-10 scale Bob is a 20. I will definitely use him again for any of my driveway sealing needs. REVISED REVIEW: Bob and his crew were very friendly and we did some kidding around. When finished, the job initially looked terrific and I was very happy. I even recommended Bob to at least 8 other homeowners in our complex - all of which hired him. So, Bob got a lot of business because of me. Now it goes bad. Within a day or two some *blobs* for lack of a better term showed up. Also, some old oil stains that I had specifically shown Bob, and which he pre-treated, all showed back up. The pre treat was supposed to stop that from happening. I texted Bob who said he would come check it out within a couple of weeks. I waited perhaps 4 weeks and had no contact from Bob. I texted him again and he responded that he was extremely busy with many new jobs and would likely be in my area again and would come take a look. Now a few MONTHS later and no contact from Bob. I am a believer that a company should handle problems with existing prior customers before moving on to new customers. I get it that he needs to make as much money as he can before the weather turns bad and I did not particularly mind waiting a few weeks (not months). However, I really resent being blown off. I will now be looking for a different company to redo my driveway and just eat the $200.00 I paid Bob. Very disappointing service and rather surprising since I found Bob to be a really nice fellow.

Bob was friendly and arrived exactly when he said he would. The work was excellent.
