But, because the Materials were heavy and big and could not fit in my car, I asked Bob if he could pick them up since he had a pick up truck. He did so, but he had to do that about 3 times, because the workmanship from the Manufacturer was poor. The problem is that after the First pick up, Bob charged me transportation fees for picking up and taking back the Materials. I could understand the cost if the problems were because of me, but the Manufacturer caused the Problems, and since Bob was the one doing the job, he should have opened inspected the boxes on the other instances, and tell me the problems and hence not charge me. But he did not.

Bob was excellent - he showed up when he said he would and communication was excellent. He did an excellent job - will use him again!!
