About us
I started in construction in Santa Barbara County back in the 1970.s working for a Gen.Contractor home builder. I was trained to build in all trades. I received my calif State contractors License in 1986 for CL-A General Engineering & CL-B General Building. I contracted as a Vendor for the County of Santa Barbara, City of Santa Barbara, City of Carpinteria, City of Goleta, Santa Barbara School District, Montecito school District & Many other inner government agencies such as their sewer, water, Parks & building divisions. When in-between local government projects I performed private work & surfed here in the Santa Barbara area. I personally build from the ground up including grading & installing all utility services. I'm getting a bit older & slowing down so I'm looking for smaller projects such as small additions under 500 SF, remodeling & home repairs, My other work is building & repairing surf boards since the mid 60's, Surfing keeps me sane in a world gone insane.
