They...Anthony and helper...arrives within 1/2 hour of scheduled time , found the trouble with my dishwasher within 5 minutes, repaired burnt out electrical...the whole was fixed within 15 minutes. Amazing! Will gladly call them back for any appliance repair and highly recommend them. They were very courteous and the price was reasonable.

We had hired 2 other companies to repair our refrigerator over the past 2 years, but the same problem still existed with our ice maker. Bobbitt came in to repair another issue an did a great job of that at a great price. I asked about the ice maker and they found the real problem with that immediately. I highly recommend them.

They are very professional and did a great job. They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and fixed the appliance right the first time. I would not hesitate to call them again for any appliance repair and will definitely recommend them to my friends. They were also very reasonably priced.

Pike was very responsive when I called him on a Sunday because our refrigerator had gone out. He brought an associate with him the same day who did most of the analysis. In the process I heard a loud "pop", which Pike attributed to his associate touching a ground wire. We were rather suspicious of this, especially when the end result was installing a new mother board AND secondary board. Pike did offer to bring out a loaner refrigerator since he didn't have the part in stock to fix the problem. I thought this was really a nice touch, but the loaner was so filthy (dead bugs, spilled food, ground in dirt, etc) that it took me 3 hours to clean it in order to use it. I even told Pike he should give us a discount for the 3 hours work since he would now be taking back a nice clean refrigerator! After a week the refrigerator was finally fixed, at the tune of $150+ for labor, plus the cost of the two circuit boards. Total labor time was maybe 30 minutes, so we felt the labor cost was excessive.

Called right after I completed my request, setup an appointment for the next day. Arrived and installed my new rangehood in less than an hour. Was friendly and the price was VERY reasonable. Will use again and tell my friends and neighbors about him.

it's hard to find someone that believes in serving to the customer all he can. these guys do it

Pike Bobbitt provided such excellent and reasonable service that put the customer's needs first that I would recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repair. I will certainly use only him in the future for such repairs.

They responded within 10 minutes of my posting the ad, were there in 2 hours and completed the job in a half hour. Can't expect any more than that.

Cared about the outcome. Worked to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction and correctly.
