I highly recommend Bobby Bugz. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and professional. From the moment he arrived, he was delightful and seemed genuinely passionate about his work. He inspected the house thoroughly and then sent me an email detailing the work to be done, time frame, and cost (which was quite reasonable). He then carried out the work on the date agreed upon, left the place cleaner than he found it, and got rid of not only the carpenter ants in the attic but a few wasp nests and pointed out possible points of entry that mice may be using. I can't recommend him enough.

FIVE STAR WORK!! No need to think twice about hiring Robert. He has proven to be totally invaluable to us. We purchased a large, older home last year that came along with many concerns. He was the first professional we called to start work on the home. We have been scheduling with him since to proactively exclude rodents and pests in the home. He and his son have helped us to control mice, wasps and ants. It is now a successfully functioning STR and second home for us, pest free! He takes pride in his work and cares for his clients. If you have any concerns about mice or bugs give Bobby Bugz a call. I hired him because a home I purchased was overrun with mice. They did an excellent job of eliminating the problem. Bobby Bugz is prompt and professional and will gladly explain the process involved, and was transparent about pricing from the beginning. I also had two wasp nests that he removed from the eaves of my roof, and he also eliminated a yellow jacket nest in my yard that could have been a serious problem. I will continue to use and recommend Bobby Bugz Pest control for all of my pest removal needs.

Did a thorough inspection on the initial visit and was honest and upfront about what he could and could not do. Father and son work well together and do a great job. I’m sure the problem isn’t completely resolved after one visit but I see no more evidence of mice. Subsequent visits to ensure the mice stay gone will happen monthly. Much better that another popular pest control company that was just going to poison my house.

Robert called me promptly and we set up an appointment for the next day. He let me know what to expect at the initial inspection as well as what our tenant would need to do to prepare for the treatment if needed. After the inspection he scheduled the treatment appointment as well as follow up appointments directly with my tenant . Robert helped make a very stressful situation a lot less stressful.

My one and only pseudo-issue is that I wasnt given an estimate before the job was done - but this is entirely and only a matter of principle, as I would have hired this company in the end anyway. Bobby called back very quickly after I left him a message. We set up an appointment that same day for an assessment of the situation. He was very thorough and told me it was a wasp nest, with babies and adults flying around (both inside and out). He told me what kind of poison (crysanthumum) which was better than the chemical ones. We set up an appointment for the next day. He explained every step. Then did what he had to do. It was a big nest with up to 1,500 wasps. Ugh! He cleaned it all out and put it all back. He cleaned up the mess. He will come back next week for a recheck to make sure nothing there. I liked that he explained everything to me, including the life cycle of the wasps. 🤮🤮 Good riddance!! I will recommend him highly to everyone!

Returned my call promptly. Scheduled to come the next day, he was there at scheduled time. He removed two huge wasp nests from under the deck of our pool. Took the time to inspect the whole underneath of the deck for any other nests. Treated the whole area to keep the wasps away ( all organic materials). Called back the next day and returned to inspect it the next wee. Excellent work .

He is a stand up guy. He came when he said he would come, he was extremely thorough, he works hard and spent a very long time doing detail work, where everyone else I've ever hired to do pest control does the least, minimal required, cutting corners and doing shoddy work. Bobby Bugs knows his stuff and goes above and beyond to do the job right. I've been ripped off so many times, and I was suspicious, but I think this guy is terrific.

Bobby was prompt (and he called in advance to let me know when he was coming). He was informative, discussed all options, did a terrific job (you wouldn't know he opened up anything) and will follow up at no charge to make sure the job he did, took. I have no problems recommending him and will use him again, in the future should any problems arise.
