I sent photos to Bobby: The following were the text messages Bobby: I can do it for you tomorrow morning cost.$500. Janie: What does that intel? LintleLOCKs or something like that being used so the mortar does fall back out? Bobby: It's just a clue that you add to grout.i can add to the mortar and match existing work Janie: Ok so it won t fall out or crumble? Others are saying it would Bobby: No im a professional 4 generation brick mason.i warranty my jobs Bobby and his crew then came to work on the house. I then noticed that the mortar was cracking and falling out. I contacted him and sent him photos. I followed up with him again several times and said it looked good. He the. Told me will take care of it . He then told me he would send people out and never did. I followed up with him again, and this is what he told me. Bobby: Yes maam sorry. I did send him back, but I think your lintel has to be anchored to the wall, not just sitting on the brickwork. Opening and closing it fresh is the problem That is not included in the work I did I said to him: You said, No im a professional 4th generation brick mason. I warranty my jobs How will this be fixed? I asked you this…Ok, so it won t fall out or crumble? Others are saying it would It fell out, but you said you warranty your work. How can this be made right? Bobby then told me that it cost an additional $3,500 to do what he said was not needed. And I asked if it was needed. He took my $500 and lied about what needed to be fixed. If he had sent someone, my cameras would have gone off, and he would have messaged or called us then. So he lied again.

Do not use this company. I asked and verified that the mortar would not crack or fall out. He said no and that he warranties his work. I have asked him to come fix it and he said he would send someone out. He never did. In fact he lied and said he did and it would cost me an additional $3,500 on top of the $500 I already paid. He lied and took my money. He refused to give me anything back or fix it. He took advantage of us!

This contractor was excellent. Very prompt communication, completed the job immediately. Very satisfied and would definitely use him again for this type of project.

It cost a good bit but they did what I wanted and everything looked good and I might use them again for some other projects.

Bobby & his crew did a great, fantastic job repairing our run down stone mailbox! They were so fast on the job we needed done & cleaned up so great! Our stone mailbox looks better than before& they even replaced the old mailbox with a new one. The price was absolutely right on!

We had a stone veneer wall that was coming apart that was getting dangerous. Bobby reached out immediately about getting an estimate done and was at our house the next day. His quote was fair and they started work within 48 hours of submitting the initial request. I would highly recommend working with Bobby!

Took down old brick flower box and put up a new old. Looks great. He even replanted some of the shrubs that were in the bed

Bobby quoted, sent his guys, and they got the job done. We had the stone facia on the front of our house removed so we could fix a leak. His guys were only supposed to do the stonework but they went above and beyond to fix the leak, replace a wooden header and all the plywood. Amazing helpful team. Hire these guys!

Jimmy and his crew provided excellent attention to detail and skill. We hired Jimmy to repair the eroding mortar on 2 exterior stone chimneys. He kept us informed of the project and completed the work in a timely manner. High recommendation.

Bobby and this crew were very interested in knowing exactly what I wanted to be done, and they were friendly, courteous, professional, and thorough in every way. They renewed and restored my courtyard wall (including masonry work, sealing, and power-washing), and they cleaned up, repainted, and re-attached my decorative grate within one of the arches. The masonry work was completed in 1.5 days, and the renovation of my grate in 1/2 day. Each day, they cleaned up the work area before leaving. And I believe that the price was very fair. I am an extremely satisfied customer, and I unhesitatingly recommend Bobby's Brick Ventures to other persons.

We are a older community with brick homes, brick mailboxes, rock retaining walls and a surrounding brick perimeter fence. Bobby and his crew have done lots of fixes for us over the last year. The work has been consistently top-notch.
