Mr Bobby was very polite when he contacted me and very understanding while I tried to explain my situation. He came by right away because he was in the area and if he could he would have fixed my issue today but he need parts so he made an appointment to come back which was awesome. He also provided an estimate which helps me budget for this repair. I would have given straight 5's but still waiting for the rest of the work to happen. thanks

I don't recall the guys who performed the work, but Bobby's team provided an excellent work and service. They were arrived early and completed the work ahead of time. I would definitely hire them for future work.

Bobby called me within an hour of submitting to Home Advisors. His crew came to look at the job the next day and gave me a quote and performed the work the next day. They explained everything in detail and were professional, courteous and quite competent with no upselling. Performed the job I asked. Will definitely use again.

Unfortunately, this is a case of "husband-error." He had replaced the plug but not had reset the test button. The tech walked in, pressed the button, the plug worked. They went ahead and checked the wires. All done within 10 minutes. Got charged the 30 minutes - I'm not letting my husband forget this...lol..

Bobby was great! He quoted me a price over the phone, showed up promptly and installed a new switch for me in under an hour. He was very polite and tidy - put everything the way he found it when he left. Highly recommend! He also gave me a quote to install some attic fans and which I will probably take him up on as my next project!

I DID NOT KNOW THAT SERVICEMAGIC ALSO CONTACTED THE ELECTRICIAN. THE VERY NEXT MORNING AFTER PUTTING IN THE REQUEST, BOBBY FREEMAN CALLED. HE CAME FOUND THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT WITH NO FUSS NO MUSS. AND HIS PRICE WAS BEYOND REASONABLE. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Bobby called me immediately, and was at my house within a couple of hours. Not only did he fix my kitchen light, but he actually went out and got me a new fixture (which turned out to be the problem) so I didn't have to wait and he didn't have to make a second trip. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will use him again for a larger job in the very near future (which he gave me an estimate for in the pouring rain!). A wonderful experience - he is extremely polite, pleasant to deal with, and professional.

Bobby was great. He did the job, cleaned up and adjusted his schedule to get in what for him was a small job. He installed a 100-amp subpanel. If he does this kind of work for this value, I will use him again when needed.

Started 2/10/09.... spend approx. three hours looking over problem with low voltage system. Did partial fix and then said needed to order parts and would contact when ready. Never heard from again. Called Bobby's cell, no answer, vm full ....... sent email....... no response .........

"We responded back and never got an answer this home was for sale at the time ,the system that was in this house was very old and parts were pretty much obsolete it took a lot of research to find the parts.therefore we never billed or got paid for the troubleshooting. Thanks Bobby"

All I can say is Mr. Freeman set the standard for everyone else to follow. I will not need to check back with Service magic when I need a good electrician ever agin Bobby's Electrical Service is the ONE for me. He came out to the house and diagnosed the problem in no time flat and was very very informative on what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. I can say with confidence that any electrical problems I have I will definitely give him a call directly. Great customer service. Can't be beat. If you want it done right and timely this is the electrician to call.
