I highly recommend Bob. Don't mess around with these mega service companies with a bunch of vans running around, hire this guy for your furnace or cooling repairs and get a true professional. Price was very reasonable, service was excellent, and he is a nice guy who you can trust. He won't slam you for service and try to sell you a bunch of repairs you don't need.

Bob's was quick to have a diagnosis for the issue with my properties A/C unit. Once he knew what part needed replaced he came back that evening so my tenants didn't have to sit inside in 80 degree weather!

I have a fairly unique boiler system that my father put in 30 years ago. Finding someone even willing to look at a oil boiler was hard enough. I needed some piping replaced so nothing crazy difficult, but my domestic hot water runs though the boiler. Not only did he know what he was doing, he also made improvements on the system. He finished almost precisely in the amount of time I figured it would take, and while the cost was a tad higher than I would have like, it wasn't unreasonable, especially considering how promptly he was able to take care of everything. I'm very excited to have finally found someone with the knowledge he has.

I hired Bobs Boiler Plus to service my forced air furnace and check thermostat calibration for upcoming heating season. Bob was on time, very, very particular in his work and very polite. Bob was also reasonable for services I had done. Very fussy in how he did things. Bob will now become my go to guy from now on and that does not happen often here. Thanks Bob for a job well done! I highly recommend him!
