He was quick to respond with a quote-same day! He completed the work promptly-and with great craftsmanship. Very professional and responsive to our needs. He normally builds stairs in his shop and installs. I wanted to keep our original oak stairs and woodwork-and he devised a very professional and creative repair. I could not be more pleased with the result. He save me a tremendous about of money with his approach-great job!
