They did an excellent job on all my exterior trim, especially on my entranceway, which needed a custom installation. It looks great. They were also easy to deal with. In scheduling they always returned my calls timely. When they started, they worked every day until the job was finished and they finished within the estimated time. Would highly recommend them.

We hired Bob to install new vinyl trim. He responded to our phone call promptly, answered all of our questions, and gave us a fair and reasonable quote for the work. He followed up with us before the work began to insure what we wanted. Even though we wanted a job that was challenging he handled it perfectly. Most honest contractor I've ever dealt with- called for a quote to clean my gutters. Price was more than fair so I called to schedule it. He actually told me that my gutters didn't look that bad and if he got up there and it didn't need to be done he would let me know. I then asked him about a couple of areas that needed minor repair anyway -he said he would fix those no matter if he cleaned the gutters or not- no charge. He did end up cleaning the gutters- I had some downspout issues that made the whole system back up a bit, and he did a phenomenal job replacing an entire section of downspout that was completely missing all for the original price quoted. Super nice guy.

I contacted Bob for gutter cleaning on our condo building. He responded quickly, came out to estimate the work the next day and quoted a cost way below three other companies. His crew did a great job, a great cleanup and were very polite and friendly. They went above and beyond what was expected. Thank you so much for an outstanding job.

Bob responded very quickly to my request for a price quote to repair and clean my gutters. He let me know approximately when the work would be done and called 24 hours in advance. The actual price was less than the top end of his quote, he arrived when he indicated he would, and promptly started working. He identified several concerns from previous roof, gutter and trim work and corrected the immediate issues. It was a team of 2 including Bob who did the work. He is very knowledgeable and profoundly honest. I highly recommend him, and have already started planning additional projects.

I highly recommend using Bob's Custom Trim! I had a difficult time just to get contractors to come out and give me a price to repair the siding; I believe this is because many contractors want to work directly with insurance adjusters and on large profit jobs. Bob was very different; he returned my call promptly, spent about 15 minutes helping educate me about the repairs, and showed up to my home on time. When Bob was looking at the needed repairs, he fixed them at that time (at almost no cost), and then assisted with what I could do to save money on other repairs needed to the home.

From the moment Bob answered the phone, I knew he was a man worth hiring. He was straight-forward in his responses to my questions, and made room in his schedule quickly. He didn't mess around. Within minutes of his arrival, he had diagnosed the problem, even against my questioning! He was right, he pulled out his tools, fixed the gutter, cleaned up after himself, gave me all kinds of information for future use, and left with a fair price and a hand shake. Couldn't be happier with this professional.
