Needed the insulation removed from my basement. Bob arrived on time, and completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. Lot of helpful tips for what we should consider in the future.

So far he is on the ball , he called came out checked the job out and gave me an estamte right there didnt need to go home to do it I got it all on the same day he also contacted the gas company for our rebates made it all so easy for us I would highley recomend him, we are having our insulation put in next week he has already done our air cealing and every thing went great!!

Bob was the consumate professional. He gave us an estimate and even though the job required more than was originally projected he stuck to his estimate and he and his men completed the job in a timely manner. Bob & crew showed up on time and did a fine job. They even returned and cleaned up a little problem I discovered after they had left for the day. They brought extra help and finished in 1 day instead of 2. Job well done,I'd recommend them again. Also Bob's price was very reasonable compared to the other bids we got.

After submitting the Service Magic request, Bob's called me within 30 seconds. They were very informative on the phone, and scheduled an estimate a couple of days later. While other contractors refused to even provide an estimate due to the small scope of the job, Bob's provided a very reasonable estimate and completed the job a few days later.

7/23/10 Update I was going to let my original review ride, but I had to reluctantly change it from 5 stars to 2.5. Personally, I like the crew, they're good guys. But with Bob's Insulation I learned there was always enough time to do it over, but never enough time to do it right the first time. 1) The original blown insulation job went fine, until I discovered that they left no viable access to attic AC Unit. They did agree to make it right and did. 2) A doorbell repair lasted one day, which I fixed myself. 3) Two bathroom fans were supposed to be vented, and I just learned that only one was. My wife said we were clear it was to be two.

Great experience. Very fair price, easy scheduling and best of all a job very well done. Would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend as well.

Enjoyed working with Bob and his staff. Had a small mix up on the invoice but everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Did the job exactly as contracted, were there on time and cleaned up when they were done.

They showed up on time and were ready to work. The crew Bob brought along was professional and worked efficiently. They even cleaned up after themselves! Bob's brother Shawn is a carpenter and replaced two doors for me. Shawn does great work and I will be using Bob for all of my future insulation and home improvement projects. Bob is a real guy and by this I mean you get no BS with him he is a straight shooter and will tell you what you need to know not what he thinks you want to hear. His office staff is courteous and professional as well. All around great company!

The work was completed and I cannot tell you how satisfied I am with both the workmanship, the politeness of the staff as well as how they cleaned up after themselves and how well thought the entire project was. Bob began his morning reviewing what needed to be done and the cost involved in the project which was agreed upon by both of us. I would highly recommend Bob to everyone for a fine job done.

Bob has not done the work at my house, but he was by far the most knowledgeable contractor to come by, and he had the most reasonable bid. He listened to what parts of the house were the most problematic and made good suggestions to address these problems.

A beautiful job. Watching them pull clapboards off my house was not a pleasant thing, but when they were done, you couldn't tell they had even touched it! They did a great job of cleaning up, as well.
