They were very prompt and genial in response to my inquiry. They took care of my issue within a couple hours, which was better than I'd hoped for.

There was a quick response to the work. The people showed up right on time. The work was efficient, but not thorough. When I requested a correction in the work, the response was surly. The correction was not really complete. Then a tip was requested.

Good company if you don't want to pay much but if you want quality, I suggest you look somewhere else. They were cheaper than most companies and the work was in line with the price. As they say, you get what you pay for.

After 3 weeks the project was still not finished. They called yesterday (Monday) after not hearing anything from them since last Monday and got an attitude with me because I said I was at work, but go ahead and start . He said, really hateful, Well someone has to be there, like I'm supposed to pick up and leave work and I didn't even know he was going to come that day and blamed me for not calling them to finish the job. I did not like the way the employee spoke to me, so I told him I would be hiring someone else and not to come back to finish. Yes, I did tell him I was not in a hurry, but 3 weeks without a finished job, that's ridiculous, and the customer service provided, even more ridiculous.

Completed work exactly as requested at an affordable rate, very pleased, would recommend.

I have been waiting 2 weeks for them to show up. They arrived 3.5 hours late the day they finally showed up, trimmed 3 trees and haven't heard from them since.

After a landscaping company we had hired literaly disappeared, we found Bob's Landscaping on Höme Advisor. They arrived promptly and did a great job. We will be using them for monthly maintenance going forward.
