Although the agreement stated to install new base molding, there was a miscommunication and he begin to reuse the old molding. Bob's accepted a $300.00 deposit. He walked off job and didn't refund any of my money. The total cost of job was $946. He completed about 10% of work using my old base molding. I would definitely not recommend him.

Homeowner and contractor had misunderstanding what was needed and how the job was to be completed. Contractor promised to do work up to my satisfaction but failed to truly understand. Contractor wanted the job and finish for a quick pay. Possible would hire contractor if I'm their overseeing the job.
