The guys that showed up were very knowledgable about HVAC and did a great job of keeping mud and dirt out of the house. At one point, the project ran into a snag and they had to get additional troubleshooting support from their home office. The response was very fast; problem solved. I highly recommend them.

Ours is a crazy old house with a brand new furnace thanks to Bockrath Heating & Cooling. They studied our old heating system carefully and then based on what they learned suggested 4 possible furnaces. The prices they gave us on all four furnaces were reasonable final prices - no surprise add ons. The installers were thorough, careful and respectful in their removal of the old furnace, the installation of the new one, and the cleaning of a 2nd old furnace. We have ended up with more evenly distributed heat and a system that fits us. I want to stress, the staff was very responsive to our needs. They were 1 of 5 estimates. Glad we chose them.

Did a very thorough job of examining the existing heating system to determine the proper size and type of system needed in order to prepare the cost estimate. The installation was well done and the area was left neat and clean. All appointments were exactly on time.

When the central air conditioner failed to cool for the second time this heating season, and the third time in three years, it seemed time to replace. I contacted four hvac firms, but only Bockrath seemed interested in doing the work in a timely fashion. I have some quibles with the estimation process, and the followup, but the work was done in the timeframe promised, and I believe it was done well.

Prompt response to request for installation of new service. Bid was approx $500 less than the competition on a $3300 bid to replace a furnace. Although they prepared us that we may be without heat for 1 night. They worked quickly and efficiently to at least provide us with heat and also rescheduled 2 service calls to do it. They get 5*s for customer service and ease to work with. I would definitely recommend them. I am considering using them again for future heating & cooling contracts. Exemplary customer service and quality!

Great company to work with. The first meeting with Dennis, he reviewed the configuration of the ducts in the basement and explained how inefficient they were. Of the 8 companies we had in, Bockrath Heating who offered to reconfigure the ducts as part of the installation. Not only did they include the extra work in the bid, their bid was almost $2000.00 less than another company bidding the same unit. At the completion of the work they took extra time to assure that the installation was correct, and working properly. Look no further than Bockrath when you need heating and cooling work. They're an A plus company.
