I talked to Bodean a few times to discuss stretching ourt carpets. Always cordial and professional. We set the time for 7:30 AM. He arrived at 7! How often do contractors ever appear on time? Never. And Bodean was early. After assesing, he gave us a price and said he could do it now. We agreed and the carpets look great. I was contacted by another vendor associated with this site. I can't remember the name but he was condescending and felt like in a hurry to end the call. He did not get my business.

for a 15 minute carpet repair it coat me $175.00 job is o.k. no bill or receipt. no nothing. i was out of my mind to pay it.

Our new puppy chewed a hole in the living room carpet. The house was on the market and we had a showing scheduled for Sun. afternoon. Bodean was not able to come on Sat., but came early Sun. morning. He did a great job fixing the problem.

Responsive, good workmanship, fairly priced

I was told he would be here doing the job for three hours. He was done in an hour, and only on my insistance, spent some extra time trying to get a wrinkle out of the rug, which he was only partly successful at, but it was better after he spent the extra half hour on it. He knocked down the quoted price a bit when I told him I felt I was overpaying, but I STILL think I overpaid him. For the time he spent here and the work involved, I think I should have paid half of what I paid.
