About us
Boeckman Construction has been specializing in custom homes on the North Fork of Long Island and Shelter Island since 1981. We are local and employ local people and sub contractors whenever possible. The North Fork tends to have a different approach than our South Fork neighbors and we appreciate and embrace that difference. We rather build a home with a sustainable and practical fooprint and let the fine detail impress. We are not afraid of detail, in fact, we have the ability to mill all our own trim and moldings to insure that every detail is perfect and to spec. We are known locally for new construction but welcome renovations and restorations. We love nothing more then being asked to bring an old house back to it's original charm. Our ability to work considerately and professionally with Architects and home owners has established lasting relationships. We ten to maintain all of our homes well after the paint has dried.
