Bathroom - Remodel
I contracted Boettcher for 2 bathroom jobs, 1 from scratch and one compelte remodel. He began working on March 3, blew me off for weeks and I have not heard from him since May 12. I am so unhappy that I have been taken advantage of this way. I paid him $12,500. He didn't finish the basement bathroom and never started on the upstairs bathroom. Total job cost to me was supposed to be $15K. He owes me $6,500 not to mention the aggrevation he has cost me. Same problem as other have had with no return phone calls, emails, etc. His voice mail says not to leave a message as he does not check his messages but he'll see that you called.

Exterior Trim Installation and Replacement
I have not heard from this company. The check was picked up for $1,250.00 and I have not heard one word. THE PHONE NUMBER ARE ALL NOT IN SERVICE!!!!!!!!! THE WORK WAS NOT DONE!!!@@ I AM VERY ANGRY!!!!! WHERE ARE YOU DONALD BOETTCHER CONSTRUCTION111111111111111!!!!!!!

Laminate Countertops - Install
He said he would be back in two weeks(03-08-06) and now since Tuesday 3-14-06 his phone line is not in service. He came out and measured the area and he asked for 1/2 the money for supplies (we paid him$700)and now we have no counter and can't get ahold of him.
