I had a good experience with them fixing my underground main water pipe. However, They fixed the leak in my condo and I paid them a lot of money. 4 years later. It was leaking again in the same spot and also caused a lot of damages to the condo below my unit. I called them to come out and they wanted to charged me 250 dollars per hour to look at the issues. This is ridiculous. Why I have to pay more money if they did not do their job properly. They should have paid for repairing it at free of charge and also fixed the damages of my neighbor condo.

We had these guys out to fix a small drip in an outdoor faucet; they not only couldnâ  t fix it but torqued in both the hose and the pipe which broke my hose (purchased 3 days prior for $64) and broke the pipe inside the house. He proceeded to leave saying he could fix it but changed a diagnostic fee of $113. They sent a different crew a few days later; who asked for significantly more money to fix it and refused to deduct the $113 from the price. I would recommend calling a different plumber. This was the worst company I have dealt with and seems to be causing additional damage on purpose in hopes of driving up the amount they can charge. Photos of hose they broke as well as the inside which they caused the additional damage.

I received 3 quotes. Plumb Crazy was not only the least expensive but Steve was the quickest to get back to me with the quote. They are so friendly, very clean and treat your property with respect. So happy that I went with them. As a female and a single parent it s an extra blessing when a company does not take advantage of you. One of the quotes that I received was absolutely disgusting. Thank you Steve and staff May God continue to Bless your Company.

I was very pleased with PlumbCrazy. I was given several options to choose from for a new water heater and each option was explained in detail. The workers who installed the new heater were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing project, whether that be replacement or repairs.

There weren't enough rating stars to describe the service, work ethic and price. Their quote was $1600 less than others. I will recommend and call them again They also replaced a pipe under my sink while there..full service.

Very responsive and nice guys. Very careful not to dirty up the house. Nothing negative I can say about them after more than 30 yrs.
