Lee came out and worked on my well and first started in the basement where the pressure tank is located. He removed a check valve and added a in house drain and got my psi back up to 70 instead of 36. he told me he thought it would be best to give this a try before we pulled the pump, as it would save me a lot of money!! I'm very pleased with the service and it's not a "if" I'll use them again, rather it's a "when" will I use them again. Very honest people and fun to talk to. Thank You Lee, my water pressure is still at 70psi. Jeff

Unbelievable service! First, they tried to help me solve my problem over the phone so that they would not need to come out. They spent considerable time over 3 phone calls. Finally, when I couldn't get enough improvement, I asked them to make a service call. I was absolutely convinced that I needed a new pump. I would have been so easy for them to sell me the pump and put it in. Instead, they worked 3 hours getting the existing pump to work better than it had in years. The service was tremendous and the technician extremely knwoledgeable. One has to really admire a company with those kinds of ethics.

They worked with us over the phone to troubleshoot first. When we determined it probably was a well equipment problem we scheduled the appointment. The admin staff was very friendly and communicated with us as we preferred - via email. Our technician Lee came out and went right to work after explaining some well equipment basics to us we knew what he was checking and looking at. We had to have several things replaced and some intense troubleshooting on his part, but he was very knowledgeable. He fixed our problem and took the time to explain everything to us. We are very happy with the results and customer service.

Good. They came late in the day/early evening and the rate was the same (not overtime). fixed my problem and did a once over on the system to see if there was any other issues. Would hire them again!

The office was pleasant and informative. She went out of her way to look into information for me. The service was immediate. The service tech was pleasant and he explained to me what he was doing and why. I was never left out of the decision making process or a very expensive repair that was needed. We now have better water pressure than we have had in years. The service truck was immaculate and parts were there. There was no need for "ordering parts". Everyone I spoke with at Bohn was a total delight to work with.

They are honest. They are hardworking. They are the most friendly people I have met. That includes his workers. I have used them several times. I recommend them to everyone. I am going to be calling them again very soon. I have never had them come back and fix something they had done work on.
