Bohren and Bohren Associates, Inc.

The service was for a Property Line Survey with some topographic work and a FEMA Flood Certification Survey and Letter for a nine (9) acre property. Shortly after I contacted Service Magic for Land Surveyors, I received emails from Tim Johnson and Bohren & Bohren. Both firms were excellent in their upfront help and responses. Both firms were close in price. I decided on Bohren & Bohren only because I was in the area of their office and stopped in to see who they were. Their office is professional, well run and and very responsive. In fact on every instance or question Betty got back to me within a few hours. Once in their office they spent an hour going over their services and the various thing we could do within the time I had to close on the property. I was stunned when they brought the file they had already started into the conference room. They they had obtained aerial photos, the title description and other information needed to start the work and provide the preliminary quote. Keep in mind, this was a surprise visit by me. I needed the survey expedited and they promised they would get it to me within less than a week. They were at the property on day two and completed the surveys before the promised date of July 3. This company is professional, thorough and committed. I highly recommend them to anyone requiring land surveying and they will be my first call when I have the need for survey or site civil engineering services again. Thank you Betty and Ryan.
