Punctual and efficient. Juan called right away, and we set up an appointment. He explained what he could and could not do. The issue was a Samsung TV that quit working and needed a reboot. Then I asked if he would set up a computer I was working on downstairs. No problem. The price, for this day and age, was reasonable.

Juan Bernal was very professional and knowledgeable. He successfully recovered photos and data from two old laptops, an old external hard drive and my desktop which had died. I now have a good refurbished desktop, a very nice and compact backup drive with all my photos in one place. Also I now have a nice optical drive that reads and burns CD’s and has extra ports. All of my equipment was old but now I’m up to date. I’m very happy with the results. Juan understood my wants and needs and was very communicative. I will definitely use him going forward.
