Eric responded to us within an hour or so after we contacted him. Came out the next day as promised and completed our work very timely and thoroughly. He is highly knowledgeable and experienced. Gave us great advice to help keep our septic system working properly. We definitely will be using his services again in the future.

Very expensive for the work that was done!

Very expensive. $2,500 for a half days work. Replaced pump with used parts?Left job looking a shambles. I am disabled from a stroke, still have not been able to clean up the job site.

We woke up to an alarm coming from our septic tank. We quickly had to find someone to do the job. And, luckily we found Bolan Plumping. Rick came out within a couple of hours and immediately asscessed the problem (pump was smoking.) After getting into the thick of it, he discovered that the job was bigger than anticipated. The pump was old and antiquated, poorly installed (we are relatively new home owners.) I have to say Rick was the right guy for the job. He had to re-engineer the installation of the new pump to get it to work properly. He stayed late until he got the job done. Although the job took more man hours than first expected, he kept to his original quote. I can't thank him enough. I highly recommend him.

Eric contacted me promptly. He replaced the pump and some burnt out wiring, as well as a couple of floats to get the system operating on the same day. I was very pleased.

Mr. Bolan showed on time for scheduled appointment, provided a lot of insight in our septic system and explained several features. I will have him back in three years per his recommendations plus a small minor repair he will do at that time.
