He showed up quickly why a 2 star. He charged $450 dollars to open the interior garage door into the home without owner authorization. I have called twice to resolve with no results. He said its the going rate. I could replace the entire door for less. You didn't get approval from the owner! I received a call and was given $150 credit which I appreciated a curtious response.
