Due to hail damage had tear off and replacement on our residence. Bob Stevens and their crew was nothing short of fantastic. Prompt for work, great clean up and quality of work was second to none. These guys are amazing. I hired John …the drone man. and he came through. First the inspection was free and he uses a drone . So no worries about damaged caused by the roofer in order to get the business. Second … he was able to squeeze every penny out of the insurance and was able to get an extra $6,000 out of the claim. John took care of everything for me in a professional way, and stayed in contact…the work done by the crew was outstanding. Highly recommend them.

If I could give Bold Roofing a negative rating I would. RUN from this company. DO NOT give them your business. They are scam artists that sell you shingles that are defective. They admit the shingles are defective. Then when you call to have them come out to inspect the roof they advise and recommend you to commit insurance fraud (saying you need a new roof because of weather damage) because it is easier than filing a manufacture warranty claim. WARNING to all potential customers - Bold Roofing doesn't adhere to the "Manufacturers " shingle warranty that they sold you on, even when your contract with Bold Roofing says "Lifetime" shingle warranty and they don't include any manufacturers warranty information when you sign the Bold Roofing contract. That is like buying a car and then the doors falling off and you take the car back to the dealership and the dealership telling you, oh well that bolt that was holding your car doors on was defective so go can call the bolt company to get the doors on your car that we sold you fixed. It is a disgrace to treat your customers like this; if you sold a defective product and you admit that the product you sold is defective you should fix it for your customer. It is also abhorrent to tell customers to call and file a false claim on your insurance when you all admit in knowing that the roof damage is due to a defective shingle and not weather. @Robert Bold I would love to speak with you about this occurrence that is happening at your company, however the office manager and the manager I spoke with both declined to allow me to speak with you.

Robert Stevens helped us back in 2016, and when we needed the roof repaired again last month, we never considered another person because of his superb service. He took care of us from day one to the end of the job. Always on time, his team was courteous and professional even in the brutal heat. 5 stars all around.

We had a lot problems with our roof,gutters,screens e.t.c after last hail! Many contractors knocked our door and promised a good service, but disappeared after knew claim's amount, gave to us insurance company! We were recommended to contact with Robert Stevens and it was a blessing to work with this guy! First of all he made a very detailed inspection and found a damage that others companies didn't find! he works himself with insurance company and helped us with the claim1 He and his team did a great job to install or roof,change screen and make a new gutters,even we don't have enough fund to do them! Robert was very professional and patient with our request! He was always on time and explained everything very well ! His recommendations were valuable and right!
