VERY unprofessional. It has taken well over a year to get my pool installed and finished. They never answer phone calls or text messages. There is always an excuse why they have not or will not come out. They always find some reason as to why the install has taken so long. I would NEVER trust this person with any install of any sort. This company was paid WELL in advance and we were promised time and time again that our pool would be done by this date or that date. Those dates came and went. Months went by with NO CONTACT from them at all! We would call and text. NOTHING. When we did hear from them, EXCUSES! Oh, we will be out Monday....today is Wednesday, still not here. Thursday, still not here. We are way past being nice at this point. I am not the ONLY one they are doing this to. I have a list of their clients they have been doing wrong. They are still taking on new clients and working, but NOT finishing what they started MONTHS even YEARS ago! When are we going to be YOUR PRIORIty??????
