I guess my job was too small to get much respect, it did get done correctly, but even though I sent pictures ahead of time they didnt bring a ladder and had to use mine, and overall it just felt like I was bothering them by needing the work done.

"There were no pictures sent, the job was done correctly and at the promised time. I don't know how to be more respectful than showing up on time and doing what I promised. The request was for a few repairs and a 1 1/2 inch hole for a rope drilled in a "small" wooden children's play set. The "small" play set turned out to be 15 feet tall and needed a 2 1/2 hole drilled through an 8"x12" beam 15 feet in the air for a rope from a ship yard. As we did not know the structure was 15 feet tall we didn't bring one of our big ladders, so we used a ladder that was store about 10 feet away from the structure, I guess that was an inconvenience. We did not complain about the project being misrepresented and got the job done even through adversity."

I live in Spokane and have a rental in Lake Stevens. The garbage disposal went out in the rental and needed to be replaced ASAP. Andy responded right away and was available that day. He undercut other quotes by 50%. He sent me copies of the receipts for the parts purchased for the job, was on time, courteous and did quality work. Being so far away makes it difficult for me to maintain my rental property, but Andy's quick turn around and communication made this repair worry free. I highly recommend his services and intend on using him again.

haven't had the work done yet. waiting for his schedule. Andy communicated with me right away on Saturday morning. we met, talked and he gave me 2 bids. i called him @ 6:00 Saturday night. Andy responded and we put things in motion. he is picking up my windows and doors for me and saving me a trip with a rental truck etc. i am quite pleased. Roger.
