Bolt IT Services has been great from start to finish. I called because I was experiencing major issues with my machine and needed a virus clean-up and Hammad was able to get in touch with me as soon as I called. I had heard raving reviews from my colleague and he boasted about Hammad quick turn around on fixing his computer. I have had a great time working with Bolt IT Services. At first I was skeptical given that its someone off the internet but after speaking with Hammad, i was quickly impressed by his overall professionalism and breadth of knowledge. We discussed over the phone and planned a date and time to meet and begin the Diagnostics Test, I quickly found out the issue was not what I thought it to be and Hammad knew exactly what to do. After the appointment was over he took my machine and has it back to me in under 24 Hours. Even the big box retailers cannot do that. Overall I am very Pleased with the services and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. *Ask for a diagnostics (~$130) - this saved me a lot of time and effort.

Mr. Siddiqi is very knowledgeable about desk top computers such as I have. More than that is that he does a good job of explaining what he is doing and making sure I understand his efforts. I needed a new laptop and I called Bolt ITS for recommendations. They were able to purchase one according to my needs and set everything up with office and anti-virus (Malwarebytes). I got a new PC with all the latest Microsoft updates. I am very pleased with the work and I highly recommend.
