This is the worst glass company in the metroplex. I needed simple glass shelving for a custom made China cabinet. Bolton Glass came out to measure the cabinet. After not hearing from them for over two weeks my husband inquired about the shelving. They needed to come out and remeasure the cabinet. Almost three weeks pass and the shelving is ready. Unfortunately one set of shelves was cut incorrectly or measured incorrectly and could not be installed. Bolton installed one side of the cabinet and left. The did not clean the glass before leaving. Weeks pass and Bolton glass shows up at my home unannounced. Luckily my mother was there. They brought the shelving but did not bring any hardware to install the shelves. The left the glass shelving on the floor. My husband was able to install the shelving, once he got home, and of course I had to clean the glass again. Throughout this entire process I was told repeatedly Justin would call me. I never heard from Justin.

Jill, Looks like you were working with a contractor/designer. We go directly to the contractor. We are not given home owners information for scheduling. After multiple tries to schedule your shelf glass drop off and no answers from your designer on days or times, our installers tried to stop by to make sure you received what you had ordered through your contractor/designer. We do not supply the hardware pegs to install the shelf glass. We supply the glass for shelving to be furnished and delivered to you. We are very disappointed to see this review and wish we would've had the opportunity to discuss any issues before hand. For the glass being dropped off not cleaned, we do apologize as we do like to make sure our customers are treated like we would like to be treated, so this is disappointing as well. We have continuous meeting about this. After searching to find out who you were going through I noticed there was a $200.00 discount applied to the account. We are sorry for your experience. Installed glass shower wall to newly renovated guest bath. They were professional during measurement and install. Great value for the material and labor. Highly recommend and would use again.

We bought a new home with a large semi open shower. It was an odd shape so we were not sure we could get a shower door installed. Bolton Glass was able to manufacture and install a beautiful new glass shower door with hardware that matches what we already have. Well worth the reasonable amount we spent.
