He did estimate us $65,000 under the market values and he wrote this was his opinion which does not mean anything to me I can find opinions for the value market online was a waste of my money and the one hour I do not recommend the service at all I did waste $650 for some guy then I do not even know if he is.

As executor of my father's estate I needed an appraisal of his home for tax purposes. Kevin quickly prepared a very thorough and detailed report. He was friendly and easy to work with. The appraiser hired by our eventual buyer's lender came up with an identical valuation -- it was great to see that confirmation of the accuracy of Kevin's work, and of course in a situation like this "no surprises" is a very good thing.

Professional courteous demeanor. However, I was a little disappointed by the actual appraisal. When I read it in detail, some comps were 2-3 years old, and some details were incorrect. I also am unsure how familiar he was with this particular market.
