I wouldn?t hire anyone else then done to do this job! When I get my next new home, I am going to hire him. He?s the only professional who has been kind and honest to me, as well as great quality work very very, very thorough home inspection. He noticed so many things I would?ve never. This guy literally saved my home. He gave me some amazing advice and has a lot of experience. He?s the only one I plan on going to and I?m lucky I had him.

He is very professional and very thorough and makes you feel comfortable the whole time by giving you exact details of everything he is doing and price breakdowns as well which I really appreciate. Don went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my family. He has been helping us for 3 months with tastings, levels, eduction behind it all and giving us his educated advice! We ended up in court with the landlord and Don showed up on our behalf and had a binder and portfolio ready to present to the judge showing the judge how incredibly high the mold levels were and explaining the negatives effects itâ s had on my family!! Don is the best in the business! He was so great, I hired him twice! In the first home he inspected, Don was able to quickly show me all the mold in the house, which was the deal breaker (there were other problems with the home). I trusted Donâ s inspection for the second home, and I am glad I did. We are now closing in August! Don was extremely knowledgeable, personable, always early for each inspection, and provided a behind expected service. He really has the buyers back! Don was very responsive and a great communicator during a stressful time of an inspection. I appreciated how accommodating Don was to schedule the inspection on a Saturday as I am working during the week. Don was very thorough during the inspection process and pointed out issues that needed to be addressed. Dons report was extremely helpful in outlining the follow up items. issues. Absolutely professional! The closest I get to "bad news" is that they test but they don't remediate... because they take avoiding conflict of interest VERY seriously. I will definitely have Bona Fide do the follow-up testing to ensure the contractor does the job right, and would recommend the company to anyone.
