Every person I came in contact with at Bonanza Pest Control, from the friendly office staff who promptly returned my calls and scheduled my appointment, to Steve, the exterminator who came out and provided the service, were friendly, helpful, prompt and most importantly were there when they said they would be there. I would definitely recommend Bonanza to friends and family! They were awesome.

I received a phone call from Bonanza Pest within 5 minutes after the online request for pest control. They happenend to be in my area that very day. The office person was very curtious and helpful. The technician was very professional, pleasant, thorough and answered all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. The technicians appearance was clean and professional as well. They said that they would bill me later and asked if I would like a follow up call or if I would like to call if needed. The whole experience was of the upmost highest. Very Happy!

I contacted them through service Majic and they called me within an hour and they had someone out at my house 4 hrs later to start the Bed Bug Treatment. They were very clean and tidy and well mannered both times they came out. They were also early both day's and also about $1100 cheaper than Terminex and another company that I had called to get quotes from.

Stopped by the same day we called to pick up a sample of our offending monster. We were able to make an appointment and the technician arrived on time, sprayed inside the house, and then my husband was able to go back to work while he sprayed the outside, which was very considerate! The price was reasonable and we haven't seen any more bugs. Rated 4 stars out of 5 as it was just done recently and I can't be sure that the bugs won't return prior to the expiration of the 30-day guarantee.

My husband and I are very happy with our Bonanza Pest Control Experience. We can't say enough good things about Richard (the owner). He's a truly genuine guy who obviously loves what he does; it shows in his work. He's incredibly informative and gives you plenty of time to "pick his brain" afterwards. As a first time home owner it can be daunting to find reputable companies to work with, but Bonanza is a locally owned and operated business who take pride in their work (and they don't try to bamboozle you into paying for more than you actually need). I have already and will continue to refer Bonanza Pest Control to our friends and colleagues.
