Called back on a Sunday! Impressive and set up the appointment quickly. However, I guess I should have asked more questions. The technicians came, and I though they would get up and check the areas up were the wasps were. They sprayed from ground, were here all of 5-10 minutes. Got overspray on all my windows, now I have to get them cleaned ugh. I will call back to find out about the entry point where the wasps were entering the house as it needs to be plugged, my fault for assuming.

They were extremely kind, prompt, and genuinely cared about the well-being of my daughter and myself regarding the yellow jackets that were our problem.
